Cancellation policy-Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. No shows or day of appointments will be charged 100% of missed appointment. After 3 appointments have been cancelled in a row without being seen at the salon, pre payment must me collected before rebooking. All new clients must put a 50% retainer for appointment two hours or greater. If cancelled, fee can be applied to next scheduled appointment within 60 days.
